Description
This is the final eLearning module of the Certified Self-Mastery Coach (CSMC) program. This module is for experienced coaches pursuing the ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the ICF Level 2 pathway. The PCC distinguishes coaches with the verified skills required for effective coaching practice and substantial experience partnering with clients. The PCC is designed for established coaches who provide coaching to clients and organisation as a primary focus of their coaching practice.
This is a self-paced learning and assessment module consisting of:
- eLearning (Review of ICF core competencies required for PCC level coaching)
- Credential Exam eLearning Preparation
- Reflective Journaling
- Performance Evaluation
Participants have up to 6 months to access and complete this module, including the submission of the Performance Evaluation.
COURSE STRUCTURE
As part of the Certified Self-Mastery Coach (CSMC) program, participants are required to complete this final Self-Mastery in Professional Coaching (SPC) module to receive their Certified Self-Mastery Coach (CSMC) Level 2 certificate.
The Self-Mastery in Professional Coaching (SPC) consists of the following:
- eLearning (self-paced)
- Review of ICF Core Competencies
- Competencies requirements at PCC Level
- Review of short sample recordings of coaching session at PCC Level
- Preparation for Credential Exam
- Mock Exam practice of Credential Exam
- Review the feedback on the questions/answers
- Reflective Journaling
- Coach a minimum of 3 clients practicing the PCC competency requirements
- Submit a written reflective journal of the above coaching sessions
- Performance Evaluation
- Record at least one coaching session for performance evaluation
- Transcribe and self-reflect on the coaching session
- Submit one audio recording and transcript of a coaching session to be evaluated at PCC Level

Successful participant will receive a "Certified Self-Mastery Coach" certificate accredited by ICF under the PCC Level 2 pathway. Individuals who are pursuing the ICF PCC credential can complete the rest of the credentialing requirements (500 coaching hours and Credential Exam) at their own time. Participants will also receive a CSMC Digital Badge which is a verifiable representation of the individual’s accomplishments, skills, and competencies, promoting recognition on their social media e.g., LinkedIn profile and for professional growth.
COURSE FEES
The program fees for this module is SGD $880.00 per participant.
Please note that there is no SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) training grant subsidy for this module.
