Business & Executive Coaching

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

Business Coaching

Whether you are an entrepreneur starting up a business or have been running for a while, there are many challenges that you face.  Business owners are usually very passionate and intimate in their field of expertise.  However, they struggle to put in place a system within their organisation to help them manage their daily operations.  As a result, they find themselves working extra hard, sacrificing their time from their families and friends, to keep their business afloat.

A business coach can help business owners overcome these challenges, align their goals, design action plans and accountability to achieve greater business performance.  Some of the key areas that business coaching can help:

  • Develop and Plan Strategic Business Goals
  • Design a Systemic Approach for the business
  • Improve Leadership and Management Skills
  • Implement Financial Management Control

Just like a personal trainer, the business coach assesses both your core strengths and your willingness to make changes.  Leveraging on your strengths, the coach guides and provide support in helping you acquire new habits that will propel you towards your business goals.

Our motto is “Optimising Business Performance“.  Improving one’s Business Performance is the key to survival for all businesses, in today’s fast changing environment.  No longer can any company remain or operate the same way they have always been.  There is a need for change.  Business Coaching can help you move forward in the right direction.  It is no longer a luxury, it’s a necessity to partner with a Business Coach.

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is similar, but not exactly the same as Business Coaching.  The focus is to work with the executives, managers or CXO to increase their personal performance and career development that is aligned to the company or overall business goals. There are various areas that the Executive Coach can work on with the leader:

  • Leadership and Management Style
  • Teamwork
  • Communication and Networking
  • Productivity Increase
  • Career Advancement

The Executive Coach can help you focus on your strengths, gain clarity and perspective, solve problems effectively, establish plans and priorities and seize opportunities.  An Executive Coach is not meant to provide answers to your problems.  We believe that our clients have great potential and our goal is to facilitate and ask the relevant questions to help clients come up with the right solutions.  Many leaders have benefited by working alongside their Executive Coach.  These benefits includes:

  • Increasing Performance and Productivity
  • Achieving better results
  • Gaining better clarity with regards to their values, goals and career objectives
  • Leveraging on their strengths to overcome barriers
