Our WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) programmes are aligned to SkillsFuture Leadership and People Management (LPM) framework.  The LPM framework is designed to benchmark corporate leadership capabilities and provide a leadership development roadmap for business leaders.

It enables leaders and managers to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and practices through structured and peer learning. It also allows them to gain formal recognition of their competencies through modularised competency training programmes.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals. ICF has the largest community of professionals coaches globally.

ICF offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, understanding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients.

Many of our modular programmes are both SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) WSQ and ICF accredited under the Level 1 ACC and Level 2 PCC path. This means that learners will receive two certificates upon completion of the programmes.
