Accessing the eLearning Portal

FAQ ELearning


Login and Account Access

  • Go to your eLearning (Moodle) site and enter your username and password. BP Coach Training would have send you the login details two weeks before the start of your classroom training.  Please check your spam folder if you are unable to locate the email.

    If you are unable to locate the login details email, click on Forgotten Username or Password.  Follow the steps in the next FAQ on how to retrieve your login details.  Please use the same email address that you have registered for this course.

  • On the login page, click Forgotten your username or password? Enter your username OR email address, then follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

    1. Go to your Moodle login page.
    2. Click Forgotten your username or password?
    3. Enter either:
      • your username, or
      • your email address
    4. Click Search.
    5. Check your email for the password reset message.
    6. Open the email and click the reset link.
    7. Enter your new password and save the changes.
    8. Log in again with your new password.

    Important:

    • If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
    • Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Moodle account.
    • If the reset still does not work, contact your Moodle administrator or IT support at admin@bpcoachtrain.com.
  • Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, make sure you entered the correct email address or contact your Moodle administrator at admin@bpcoachtrain.com.

  • Yes, and we encourage you to do so regularly. Go to your profile (usually found on the top right user icon), click on preferences and look for the password change option. 

  • Double-check your username and password, then try the password reset option. If it still does not work, contact your Moodle administrator or IT support at admin@bpcoachtrain.com.


Course Access and Learning Tasks

  • After logging in, go to your Dashboard or My courses page. Your enrolled courses should appear there.

  • Click on the course name, then select the file, page, link, or activity you want to view.

  • Please click on Accessing eLearning Portal Guide to download the guide if you need help to navigate or use the eLearning portal.

  • Yes, please complete all the learning topics in the course. Each topic usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes to finish. You do not need to complete everything in one sitting, you can leave the course and return later to continue where you stopped.

    You do not need to complete the Assessment section, if one is included, as part of your pre-course work.

    1. From the Navigation Menu on the left, select “Assessment Requirements
    2. Scroll down and select the appropriate Assignment section  “e.g., Assignment: Written Portfolio Evidence/Artefact Submission” 
    3. Select “Add submission
    4. Drag and drop your files into the box. 
    5. After uploading all the required files, select “Save Changes
    6. Confirm that all the necessary files are uploaded. If any changes need to be made, select “Edit submission”
    7. When you are ready to submit your assessment, select “Submit assignment”.
    8. Confirm your submission by ticking the declaration box and selecting “Continue”.

    If you have accidentally click on “Submit Assignment” before uploading all the required files, please send an email to admin@bpcoachtrain.com.  The adminstrator would need to re-open the Assignment submission for you. 

  • Check your Moodle notifications and email settings under Preferences. Some alerts depend on how your Moodle site has been set up.
