2018 Board Election Nominees
As ICF continues to evolve into a large, complex global association, it requires governance with an expanded set of knowledge, skills, abilities and personal attributes to continue leading the organization and the profession of coaching in the future.
The ICF Global Board is a body of seven to nine elected members who govern the affairs of the organization. It is the responsibility of the Board of Directors to set the vision, mission and objectives of the organization. It is up to the Board to clearly define its expectations, goals and measures of success based on information and input from the staff.
The voting period for the 2018 ICF Global Board of Directors election is now open. Voting will close at Noon (New York) on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.

I’m excited at the possibility of offering my leadership experience and enthusiasm to serve you in the capacity of Chair for 2018. In my 13 years of ICF Membership, I have played an active role as a committee member, ICF Chapter president, and ICF Global Board Director and Vice Chair.
My aspirations, if elected as Chair, are:
- To inspire every coach to reach their highest potential.
- To partner and collaborate with you through the ICF think-tank and network, to build a thriving, respected ICF community that is known for its standards and professionalism.
- To continue to lead and transform ICF to be relevant in our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
I look forward to serving you, ICF and the community toward building a prosperous and thriving future.
