Wai K, as many of you know, is our lead facilitator for our Certified Master Performance Coach (CMPC) program. Join us and meet Wai K in our upcoming CMPC program in Feb/Mar 2017.
11 Jan 2017 – ICF Updates:
Following a vote by the ICF Global Board of Directors, Wai K. Leong, MCC (Malaysia), and Tracy Sinclair, PCC (United Kingdom), have been elected Vice Chair and Secretary/Treasurer, respectively, of the 2017 ICF Global Board.
Wai K. joined the ICF Global Board of Directors in January 2015. He has more than three decades of leadership experience with 15 years at the senior management and board levels. As a leader, coach and trainer, he has accumulated more than 3,000 hours of Executive Coaching experience and coached and trained more than 10,000 leaders in Asia. He is the director of an ICF-accredited coach-training program. He has authored two books on leadership and coaching and pioneered the development of a coaching-based system and software to help organizations develop a coaching culture.
Tracy joined the ICF Global Board in January 2016. She has nearly two decades of experience in the field of leadership development. As a Corporate Executive and Board-level Coach, leadership development designer, and facilitator, Tracy has worked with executives and leaders around the globe to support and enhance their professional and personal development. She spends much of her time developing leaders’ own coaching capability as a core leadership competency. Tracy is also a coaching supervisor, Mentor Coach, and trainer of coaching and coaching supervision. She served as president of ICF United Kingdom from 2013–2014.
